This yoga class involves a 60-minute session where you will move through a series of physical postures (asanas) combined with breathing techniques. Classes begins with a brief centering focus, progress through standing and balancing poses, seated stretches, and end with a relaxation period in savasana (corpse pose). The instructor guides participants through flows that can range from gentle and restorative to more vigorous and challenging, depending on the style and level. The emphasis is on connecting breath with movement, building strength and flexibility, and promoting mindfulness and stress relief.
