This eight-week Qigong class features movements and practices specifically attuned to the Winter season. The flowing movements and mindful breathing in Qigong are designed to improve the flow of qi (energy) throughout the body, enhance physical and mental well-being, reduce stress, and promote balance and harmony. While most exercises are performed standing, a chair and rolled bath towel may be used in some class.
