This 60-minute Pilates Mat class is an exercise and movement system designed to strengthen and lengthen the entire body, with a particular focus on core muscles. In addition to core strength, Pilates offers a range of benefits, including improved posture, better coordination and balance, increased body awareness, and enhanced concentration and focus. 

Each month, we introduce a designated prop to our sessions (optional), allowing participants to deepen their practice and explore new challenges.
